I can honestly say that having been able to apply these tools, I made more of an impact on the teachers I serve. More and more come to me with personal and professional questions daily. This drives my vitality in being able to assist so many teachers.

BACL has helped me reflect on how I have been working with staff and equipped me with the tools and motivation to intentionally work on my coaching skills. Being given those tools and challenge to hone in on a coachee made sure I practiced what I learned. I feel much more comfortable and capable of coaching emerging teacher leaders. The spacing between days two and three helped too. The space gave me time to implement strategies and by the time day three rolled around I felt that I needed more and some time for reflection. Day three was perfect for that.
