Quality Training for Teams & Individuals
Adaptive Schools® is an internationally respected 8-day training that allows participants to explore the beliefs, values, structures, and specific strategies needed to produce highly-effective teams centered around psychological safety and productive struggle. Participants will experience dozens of engaging strategies and leave ready to apply them in their work.

Cognitive Coaching ® is an 8-day training that spans 12-24 months and focuses on helping a coach mediate the thinking of another person rather than simply giving them a quick answer. It focuses on developing trust and rapport, listening and paraphrasing, posing thoughtful questions, and developing the internal States of Mind that are resources each human needs to access to be successful.

Habits of Mind is a multiple day training that can be customized to your needs. The Habits provide a framework for creating, thinking, innovating, and persisting. The 16 Habits of Mind have been utilized by leaders, teachers, and students for over 30 years.

Learning Focused Supervision is a training for leaders to support coaching individuals to achieve standards. Created by Bruce Wellman and Laura Lipton, who were part of the original design team for Cognitive Coaching® and Adaptive Schools® with the addition of the Continuum of Support to help individuals based on their need and willingness. It was originally designed to support school leaders with the Danielson Instructional Framework as a set of standards for educators. The book is currently sold through Solution Tree.

True Colors® is an interactive and engaging 1/2 day training focused on helping teams understand the specific personality types and how to best communicate and engage with different people. We explore the specific shades of each participants colors as well as how to reframe other personality types to create common language for the entire team get into sync.

Impactful Leadership Training
Becoming a Coaching Leader is a 3-day face to face coaching training for leaders conducted in partnership with Building Champions out of Portland, OR. This Fortune 50 Company training is set up with a 2-day initial training, monthly follow-up and individual coaching sessions, and a 1-day final training. Participants will focus on the mindset, skill, and structures to help leaders engage a team of leaders around them. Seth found this training particularly helpful in conducting 1:1 coaching sessions with his team using four coaching conversations to drastically improve engagement and alignment.

Working Genius® As a Certified Working Genius Facilitator, I have received hands-on training from the Table Group team and been equipped with the tools and resources to help people leverage the Working Genius model with individuals, teams and organizations. This model can be used in a variety of ways to bring greater success and fulfillment:

The Teacher Leadership Seminar is a 2-day or 3-day training that provides a deep dive into the What, Why, and How of Teacher Leadership. Participants will explore what it means to be a leader and hold the identity of a leader when influence has to happen without a formal position. Research is explored, skills are practiced, beliefs and values are considered and redefined and how to address transformation is explored. This training provides an introduction to skills that can be further explored through Adaptive Schools® and Cognitive Coaching®.

Leadership Circle Profile® is a 360-assessment utilized by top executives from Fortune 50 companies across the US. It examines both the creative and reactive competencies leaders use to become more effective. This revealing assessment can be a key indicator into understanding how our greatest strengths can also be our largest stretches as leaders and is a great lead into Personalized Coaching services to continue the learning over time.

Full Focus is a training by Michael Hyatt that provides leaders with the tools and training to help you get the Double Win® - Win at Work and Succeed at Life. Participants can focus on creating a Life Plan, utilizing the Full Focus Planner, and strategies and tools to help create both balance and focus.

Personalized Coaching
Seth is a certified coach in Cognitive Coaching®, Becoming a Coaching Leader, Transformational Coaching, Leadership Circle Profile, Full Focus, and MasterCoach®. Coaching is available for individuals or teams of individuals.

Seth is also certified to provide leaders with assessments like The Leadership Circle Profile, EQi 2.0, the Change Style Inventory, the Change Navigator, and the Influence Style Inventory. All of these assessments are designed to provide leaders with insight into the strengths and stretches and follow-up coaching provides an avenue for acceleration.
