3 Full Moons offers principals, teacher leaders, and PLC facilitators high quality training and coaching, like Adaptive Schools® and Cognitive Coaching®. The effectiveness of our services is built on over 25 years of experience Seth brings to working in highly-effective schools with high poverty in rural North Carolina.

The training and coaching offered is interactive, engaging and provides participants with immediate strategies and actions to implement. At 3 Full Moons we build partnerships that span time to support a culture of building leaders and coaching for success.

Seth previously the Head of Leadership Development for F3 Nation, a free workout group for men with the mission to invigorate male community leadership. You can find him working out at 0530 most mornings. He also served as the chair of the board at First Christian Church, DOC Greenville, NC. He is grounded by his bride, Joanna, and girls, Caitlin & Madison.
