3 Full Moons

EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP TRAINING & COACHING

For over a decade, the team at 3 Full Moons has engaged, empowered, trained, and coached principals, PLT/PLC facilitators, and Teacher Leaders in education. Through a variety of services and coaching, we can help your team consistently accelerate by building the leaders you need.

We believe the most effective way to attack a "Wicked Challenge" is by effectively leading yourself, your team, and your organization by turning those challenges into opportunities.

Why 3 Full Moons

3 Full Moons is a metaphor for the time it takes to form the habits and practices needed to positively impact what you do. In order for coaching or professional learning to impact practice, it has to be continuous, on-going, and job embedded. Our goal at 3 Full Moons is to establish partnerships that take time and continually work to build and support leaders over time. In 2007, Seth took this photo holding the hands of his two girls, Caitlin and Madison. They inspire him to continually become a better person, 3 Full Moons at a time.
