Service Description

The Teacher Leadership Seminar is a 2-day or 3-day training that provides a deep dive into the What, Why, and How of Teacher Leadership. Participants will explore what it means to be a leader and hold the identity of a leader when influence has to happen without a formal position. Research is explored, skills are practiced, beliefs and values are considered and redefined and how to address transformation is explored. This training provides an introduction to skills that can be further explored through Adaptive Schools® and Cognitive Coaching®. Leadership Circle Profile® is a 360-assessment utilized by top executives from Fortune 50 companies across the US. It examines both the creative and reactive competencies leaders use to become more effective. This revealing assessment can be a key indicator into understanding how our greatest strengths can also be our largest stretches as leaders and is a great lead into Personalized Coaching services to continue the learning over time.
