Since 2013, Seth has served as a coordinator and now the Director of Educator Support and Leadership Development. He is currently the co-director of the Department of Excellence Equity and Leadership (DEEL) responsible for over $25M in Federal, State, and private grants focused on School Leadership. Seth starting with Pitt County Schools as a Middle and then High School Teacher before becoming an AP and Principal for 10 years.

Seth participated in the first cohort of Distinguished Leadership in Practice with the NC Principals & Assistant Principal Program in 2010. Since then he trained and designed curriculum for the various trainings offered by NC PAPA
